Lovely letter received by our Halesowen Office

Following the completion of No. 64 Windmill End in Dudley, our Halesowen office has received this lovely letter of appreciation from the very happy vendor:

"Hi Lisa,

I just wanted to share with you some feedback on your service and support to me during the sale of 64 Windmill End.

As we know the sale of this house ended up being not as straight-forward as we thought.

I can only say how amazing you have been throughout all of this, not only keeping me informed of what is happening, but proactively pushing the sale forward with both mine and the buyers’ solicitors and trying your absolute upmost to ensure everything was in place and we made it across the finish line with the sale.

You really have gone above and beyond the call of duty to support here and help this tricky process and I honestly do not know what I'd have done without you.

You were also so helpful and supportive with the sale of Ed's house too and the service we have both received has been no less than incredible.

Your patience, your willingness to listen and your compassion for your role was evident in everything you do. You are far more competent and organised than other professionals outside of Lex Allan Grove involved in this process.

It has been a real pleasure to sell our houses through Lex Allan Grove and the help we have received from everyone there has been excellent, but especially you Lisa, I will always be so grateful and appreciative of all you have done!
