Dean was brought up in Halesowen and now lives in Clent. After working in London for a short time Dean returned to the Midlands to start his career in property. Working his way through the ranks into senior positions of high profile corporate and independent estate agents. Dean opened his partnership with Lex Allan in September 2006 and continues to offer a different and dynamic approach to Estate Agency with the backing of his experienced team. Dean is married with two young children and enjoys a variety of sporting activities in any spare time he gets.

Dawn Hughes
Office Manager

Dawn Hughes is one of the best known names in Halesowen estate agency with many years of experience and an irrepressible enthusiasm for the profession. She lives locally in Hayley Green with her husband and two sons. All the family are keen equestrians and put in long hours with their numerous steeds. Dawn has a real passion for property which is reflected in her popularity with vendors and purchasers alike.

Lisa Saunders
Senior Sales Negotiator

Lisa joined the Lex Allan & Grove team in 2007 having worked previously for several years in the well known local Button Factory of James Grove & Sons. Lisa lives in Halesowen and effortlessly manages to balance the roles of dedicated mum and committed property professional. She also find time to support her husband who runs his own business. Lisa has a wide circle of friends and when not socialising loves to immerse herself in a good book

Rob Blunt
Valuer

Rob is a recently joined member of the Lex Allan & Grove team having joined in January 2010. Rob has very good knowledge and experience of the market in Halesowen and surrounding areas having worked for another local agent for several years. Rob has always wanted to work within the property industry and this is reflected in his commitment to the job. In his spare time Rob is a keen guitarist having a particular passion for rock and blues music.

Wendy Crimmonds
Administration Manager

Wendy was born and bred in Halesowen and lives locally with her husband and daughter. Wendy has many years experience in property working initially for a company of Chartered Surveyors in Birmingham moving up the ranks in an estate agency in Bearwood and taking a more senior role in Quinton. Wendy joined Lex Allan & Grove when the company first set up and is the ‘backbone’ to the well oiled admin machine. She enjoys a hectic social life and is one of our most lively members of staff both in and out of the office!

Bev South
Senior Negotiator

Bev is the newest recruit to our team and completes the jigsaw. Bev has a wealth of experience spanning 30 years and will be a key element in overseeing our contract chasing. Having worked in Halesowen and The Black Country for many years I am sure Bev will be a familiar face to many clients and she looks forward to building new relationships here at Lex Allan & Grove.

Rebecca Castle
Administrator

Rebecca is a recent recruit to the Lex Allan & Grove team. Having a wealth of experience with a large market leading company Rebecca has taken up the challenge of a change in direction and will use her experience with marketing, I.T. and customer service to be a fantastic addition to the office. Rebecca is responsible for helping new clients to understand the buying and selling process as we all know what a mine field that can be. In her spare time she is a committed mom with two children and has a passion for the outdoors, live music and is a VW fanatic.

Kay Webb
Viewing Consultant

Kay joined Lex Allan & Grove in 2007 in a role for which she is tailor-made. She is bubbly, cheerful and  immensely helpful to prospective purchasers. Kay lives in Halesowen and before joining the Team ran her own retail business at the top of Mucklow Hill. Her background prior to the was with M & S and Debenhams and also has a wealth of business experience as a P.A. to the M.D. of a local engineering company. Kay is a really popular member of staff and plays a key part in successfully introducing purchasers to properties. When not at work Kay likes walking gardening, theatre trips and holidays in exotic locations.

Hannah Thornton
Office Junior

After finishing school in May 2009 Hannah joined Lex Allan & Grove in a trainee position which has just been made permanent on our apprentice scheme. Hannah lives locally with her parents and is an important part of the team working with our senior members of staff giving her the best training an apprentice could receive. Hannah is also a keen runner and enjoys attending the cinema on a regular basis.
