Stourbridge lies in the South West corner of the West Midlands and is approximately 13 miles west of Birmingham.

Our Stourbridge office is located in the heart of Stourbridge Town Centre. Established in 1991 as one of only a handful of Letting Agents in the area we have now developed to become one of the largest Estate Agents in Stourbridge, and the outlying villages such as Hagley & Kinver.

Steeped in history Stourbridge was once synonymous with glass making and was the birth place of world famous names such as Stuarts, Royal Brierley and Thomas Webb. Today most of the heavy industry from the time of the industrial revolution as has all but disappeared, but Stourbridge remains a bustling Town in its own right and affluence of its Victorian heyday can still be admired in the wonderful architecture.

The area offers a host of excellent educational facilities with fierce completion for places in the majority of schools. Both Haybridge and Hagley Roman Catholic schools in outlying Hagley are consistently high performing schools that are significantly over subscribed. Oldswinford Hospital School (known locally as OSH) has an excellent reputation as one of the foremost private schools in the country and King Edward VI College is one of the UK’s top performing sixth from colleges. Elmfield School in Oldswinford is Rudolf Steiner School that attracts people from all over the UK.

Stourbridge is serviced to the rail network by two train stations. Stourbridge Junction provides services to Worcester to the south and Birmingham approximately 30 mins away to the east. Stourbridge Town station sits at the end of a small branch line that creates an interchange between the bus station and Stourbridge Junction.

The office covers a substantial area running from Kingswinford, Wall Heath and Wombourne in the north, through the historic glass making centres of Wordsley, Amblecote and Brierley Hill to the surrounding localities of Wollaston, Norton, Oldswinford and Pedmore. We also efficiently cover the ever popular villages of Kinver, Enville.
